Returns Terms & Conditions
We accept RETURNS in exchange for items or store coupon only.
If store coupon is selected, the code will be valid for 1 year and for all item(s) (inlc sales items).
Item(s) must be in original condition ( unwashed & unworn with the tag unremoved).
Sales items are not returnable/exchangeable.
Email requesting for returns need to be sent within 14 days upon receiving of item(s) (incl. weekends) , and sending of item(s) to be done within 3 working days after receiving an approval email from us. All shipping fees will be borne by buyers.
This includes the postage charges for return and re-delivery of new item(s) selected.
Re-delivery charges with Pos Laju will be RM7 , and additional RM1/ extra piece.
All returns must be sent using Pos Laju or other express courier.
Please retain your tracking number until the process is completed. ASOC will not be responsible for any lost during delivery.
No processing fees.Do allow 3 days for processing of returns.
We will email the buyer upon receiving the item(s). Buyer may also opt for returns via pick up from our location in Penang.
If the conditions above are not met, we have the rights to reject the returns and any additional fees have to be borne by buyers.

**Color of item may differ due to studio lighting.
**Measurements may differ about 1-2cm due to nature of the fabric/stretchability. These are not considered defect and returns/exchanges will be borne by buyer.
