Returns Terms & Conditions
We accept RETURNS for store credits. Buyer may use the store credits to repurchase the required size or other items. Buyer can return unlimitedly for the same order.
Store credits will be issued & will be valid for 1 year and for all item(s) (inlc sales items).
Item(s) must be in original condition ( unwashed & unworn with the tag unremoved).
Sales items are not returnable/exchangeable.

Email requesting for returns need to be sent within 14 days upon receiving of item(s) (incl. weekends) , and sending of item(s) to be done within 3 working days after receiving an approval email from us. All shipping fees will be borne by buyers.
This includes the postage charges for return and re-delivery shipping cost will be auto deducted from store credits. However, buyer may opt for self pick up items from warehouse in Subang to save the re-delivery cost.
Re-delivery charges with express courier will be RM6 ( West Malaysia) & RM9 ( East Malaysia) , and additional RM1/ extra piece.
All returns must be sent using express courier.
Please retain your tracking number until the process is completed. ASOC will not be responsible for any lost during delivery.
Do allow up to 10 working days for processing of returns.
We will email to inform the buyer once store credit is issued.
If the conditions above are not met, we have the rights to reject the returns and any additional fees have to be borne by buyers.
**Color of item may differ due to studio lighting.
**Measurements may differ about 1-2cm due to nature of the fabric/stretchability. These are not considered defect and returns/exchanges will be borne by buyer.
